To secure your trekking slot with Dhyns Rinjani Hiking, a deposit is required based on your selected package:

  • 2 Days Trekking Package: 30% deposit
  • 3 Days Trekking Package: 50% deposit
    4 Days Trekking
  • Package: 60% deposit

All deposits are strictly non-refundable.

The deposit is immediately used to secure your official entrance ticket to Mount Rinjani National Park. According to regulations set by the national park authority, these tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, which is why deposits cannot be returned under any circumstances.

Deposit Policy for Rinjani Trekking Packages

For customers who have completed full payment, the following cancellation terms apply:

1. Cancellation 14 Days Before Activity

  • You are eligible for a 100% refund of the remaining balance
  • The deposit remains non-refundable

2. Cancellation 7 Days Before Activity

  • You are eligible for a 50% refund of the remaining balance
  • The deposit remains non-refundable

3. Cancellation 1 Day Before or On Departure Date

  • No refund will be issued
  • This includes both deposit and full payment

Refund Processing Time

All approved refunds from Dhyns Rinjani Hiking will be processed within:

  • 7 to 14 business days

Please note that processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
